Accommodation:

- Hotel GROMAN (http://www.groman.oit.pl/dane/frame.htm) situated 15 km from Warsaw (9 km from the airport) away in Sękocin Stary on the throughfare road to Kraków has 120 overnight places. All the rooms are with bath, TVSat and telephone. Conference hall for 200 persons with scren and projector. Free parking. wireless internet access in the Hotel. There are buses from the centre of Warsaw to the Hotel (more info soon ...).

single room: 50 EUR (per person, per day)
double, triple room: 40 EUR (per person, per day)

- Hotel LESNA POLANA, Sękocin Stary, situated 16 km from Warsaw (10 km from the airport) away in Sękocin Stary on the throughfare road to Krakow.

double room: 35 EUR (per person, per day)

Prices include full board (from super on 10th to dinner on 12th), solemn banquet, free access to hotel facilities, and final bulletin. All payments should be made to the organisers upon arrival, in cash (EUR).

Participation fee for those not staying at the official hotels = 10 EUR.
